You will receive periodic communications to keep you updated on the progress of your transaction and to let you know of any significant market changes that could affect your transaction. The market strategy can then be adjusted to meet changes as they occur.

TURN-KEY PROJECT SUPPORT

Refurbishment/Completion Management

With OEM experience as background NEO provides a full turnkey on site project management service focusing on making the client’s desires become the reality in their aircraft. We work from initiation of the concept through design, production, acceptance, and post-delivery support. We work with the client through timely project reports.

Pre Purchase/ Major Inspections, Modifications

Full support of client’s flight department for oversight from inception through delivery of major aircraft maintenance events including on site representation.                          

Financing /Leasing

Through our network of associated colleagues we can help procure the appropriate financing for most situations, including international projects.

Technical Evaluation/ Appraisals

NEO provides onsite non-invasive reviews of aircraft and its records to give a complete “snapshot” of current aircraft condition and major inspection events coming due in the near future. The evaluation is presented in a full report with photos. We can then work with our associated appraiser who will produce and ASA certified appraisal of your aircraft.

Lease Oversight

By having periodic reviews of the aircraft and its records Lessors benefit by knowing that their Lessees are performing per the contract. When the end of the lease term is near, a full review by NEO prior to any lease return inspection can prepare for a smooth return. NEO will represent the client at a return from lease inspection as well.

Inventory

With support of its investors NEO will consider project aircraft, trade ins, immediate purchase/profit sharing with distressed owners.
